Shipping policy

Everything we sell is delivered digitally. Nothing is posted, so there are no shipping costs, couriers or delivery windows — just instant access to your documents.
1. Digital delivery
All HR templates, letters, policies and document bundles are delivered by instant digital download. Once your payment is confirmed, your download links are available immediately on the order confirmation page and are also sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
2. When you will receive your files
Delivery is immediate. If your download email has not arrived within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us at hello@clarityhrstudio.co.uk and we will resend your files — we aim to respond within one business day.
3. Consultancy services
Bespoke HR consultancy and advice sessions are delivered by video call or telephone at your booked time, with any agreed documents delivered to you by email. Nothing is shipped physically.
4. Problems with your order
If a download link does not work or a file is corrupted, contact us at hello@clarityhrstudio.co.uk with your order number and we will put it right. Please also see our Refund Policy.
